1. Bayyani Game da Samfurin
Wannan takarda tana ba da cikakkun bayanai na fasaha na LED na SMD mai launi biyu. 3.1 Ƙarfin Haske da Kallon Kallo

3.3 Ma'auni na Lantarki

5. Jagororin Haɗawa da Solder
5.1 Bayanin Yanayin Solder na Reflow

5.2 Solder da Hannu
Idan solder da hannu ya zama dole, dole ne a yi taka tsantsan sosai:
- Zazzabin Ƙarfe na Solder:Matsakaicin 300°C.
- Lokacin Solder:Matsakaicin dakika 3 a kowane haɗin gwiwa.

5.3 Tsaftacewa

6. Bayanin Injiniya da Kunshi
6.1 Girman Kunshin da Ayyukan Fil
LED yana zuwa a cikin daidaitaccen kunshin SMD. Ruwan tabarau yana da tsabta. Ayyukan fil kamar haka ne:
- Fil 1, 2: Anode da Cathode don Guntu Shudi (InGaN).

7. Ajiya da Gudanarwa
7.1 Yanayin Ajiya
- Kunshi Mai Rufi (tare da maganin bushewa):Ajiye a ≤30°C da ≤90% Danshin Muhalli (RH). Yi amfani da shi cikin shekara guda.
- Kunshi da aka Buɗe:Yanayin ajiyar muhalli bai kamata ya wuce 30°C da 60% RH ba. Don ajiya mai tsawo a waje da ainihin jakar, ajiye a cikin akwati mai rufi tare da maganin bushewa ko a cikin na'urar bushewa ta nitrogen.
7.2 Bukatun Gasasshen
Idan an ajiye LEDs a waje da ainihin kunshinsu na hana danshi fiye da mako guda, dole ne a gasa su kafin solder don cire danshin da aka sha da hana "fasar wake" yayin reflow.

8. Bayanin Aikace-aikace da Gargaɗi
8.1 Amfanin Da Ake Nufi
An ƙera wannan LED don aikace-aikacen kayan aikin lantarki na yau da kullun, gami da kayan aikin ofis, na'urorin sadarwa, da kayan amfani na gida. Ba a nufin aikace-aikacen mahimmanci na aminci inda gazawar za ta iya jefa rayuwa ko lafiya cikin haɗari (misali, jirgin sama, tallafin rayuwa na likita, tsarin amincin sufuri) ba tare da tuntuɓar farko da takamaiman cancanta ba.
8.2 Abubuwan Tunani na Ƙira
- Ƙuntata Halin Wutar Lantarki:Koyaushe yi amfani da resistor mai ƙuntata halin wutar lantarki na jeri ko direba mai ci gaba don tabbatar da cewa halin gaba na wutar lantarki (IF) bai wuce matsakaicin ƙimar DC ba (20mA don Shudi, 30mA don Ja).
- Gudanar da Zazzabi:Yayin da rushewar wutar lantarki ta yi ƙasa, tabbatar da isasshen yanki na tagulla na PCB ko ramukan zafi na iya taimakawa wajen kiyaye ƙananan zafin jiki, musamman a cikin yanayin zafi mai girma, ta haka ne ake adana fitarwa mai haske da tsawon rai.
- Kariya daga Ƙarfin Lantarki na Baya:Kamar yadda ba a ƙera na'urar don aikin baya ba, ya kamata ƙirar da'ira ta hana amfani da kowane ƙarfin baya a kan tashoshin LED.
