1. Bayyani Game da Samfur
LTPL-A138DWAGB ƙaramin LED ne mai ƙarfi (LED) wanda aka ƙera musamman a matsayin tushen hasken walƙiya. Manufarsa ta farko ita ce samar da haske mai ƙarfi a cikin yanayi da ake buƙatar ɗaukar hoto mai inganci ƙarƙashin yanayin haske mara kyau da kuma a nesa mai nisa. 6.1 Shawararriyar Bayanin Martaba IR Reflow (Tsarin Ba tare da Gubar ba)
An ƙayyade cikakken bayanin martaba na gyaɗa mai komawa baya don hanyoyin haɗawa marasa gubar, masu bin J-STD-020D.
- Matsakaicin Zazzabi (TP):250°C matsakaici.
- Lokaci sama da Liquidus (TL= 217°C):60-150 seconds.
- Ƙimar Hawa:3°C/daƙiƙa matsakaici.
- Ƙimar Sauƙaƙe:6°C/daƙiƙa matsakaici.
- Preheat:150-200°C na 60-120 seconds.
Mahimman Bayanin Kula:Ba a ba da shawarar tsarin sanyaya mai sauri. Mafi ƙarancin zafin gyaɗa da ke cimma haɗin gwiwa mai aminci koyaushe yana da kyawawa don rage damuwa na zafi akan LED. Ana tilasta amfani da flux mara halogen da mara gubar, kuma dole ne a kula don hana flux ta shafa ruwan tabarau na LED. 6.2 Tsaftacewa
