1. Bayanin Samfur
Fitilar LED na jerin 1313 wani abu ne na cikin rami da aka tsara don aikace-aikacen da ke buƙatar matakan haske mafi girma. Tana amfani da guntu na AlGaInP (Aluminum Gallium Indium Phosphide) don samar da fitar haske mai kyau Yellow Green. An rufe na'urar a cikin fakitin resin kore mai yaduwa, wanda ke taimakawa wajen samun daidaitaccen rarraba haske. 5.2 Ajiya da Tsaftacewa
