1. Bayanin Modul
An ƙera wannan modul LED bisa ga manyan nau'ikan fitilu na kasuwa, don sauƙaƙa daidaitawa da haɗawa cikin sauki. Modul din yana amfani da fakitin LED 2835, wanda aka sani da ingancin haske mai girma, ƙarancin zafi, da kuma kare muhalli (babu mercury). Ma'aunin wutar lantarki na wannan modul ya yi daidai da manyan na'urorin samar da wutar lantarki na LED, yana sa haɗawa cikin sauki. Modul din yana da ƙarancin juriyar zafi da kyakkyawan yanayin zubar da zafi, yana tabbatar da aiki mai karko. Yana ba da Babban Jigon Haske (CRI) da kuma zaɓin yanayin zafin launi da yawa (CCT).
2. Ƙayyadaddun Modul
2.1 Halayen Haske da Lantarki
Ana auna halayen haske da lantarki a mafi girman ƙimar ƙayyadaddun aiki tare da Ts=25°C. Akwai nau'ikan CCT guda uku: RF-MTD302T06-C1 (2870-3220K), RF-MTD402T06-C1 (3700-4275K), da RF-MTD652T06-C1 (5925-7150K). A ƙarƙashin wutar lantarki na 150mA, wutar lantarki tana tsakanin 30V zuwa 45V, yana haifar da amfani da wutar lantarki tsakanin 4.5W zuwa 6.75W. Yawan haske ya bambanta da CCT: ga nau'in 3000K, yawan haske na yauwa shine 570-660 lumens; ga nau'in 4000K da 6500K, yawan haske na yauwa shine 630-720 lumens. 2.2 Zane da Ma'anar Hanyar Haɗi
Modul din yana da tsari na 1P6S (reshe guda ɗaya na LED shida a jere). An yiwa tashoshin shigarwa alama a fili tabbatacce da korau. Shigarwar modul din tana korau, wanda ya kamata a lura da shi yayin haɗawa don guje wa juyawa mara kyau.
2.3 Dokar Suna
Tsarin lambar sashi yana ba da cikakken bayanin samfur. - Girgizar Zafi:Zagaye 100 daga -40°C zuwa 85°C tare da tsayawa na mintuna 15 da canjin daƙiƙa 10; 0/6 rashin nasara.
Ma'aunin karɓa sun haɗa da: raguwar haske ƙasa da 30%, canjin wutar lantarki ƙasa da 110% na farko, canjin launi (Δx/Δy) ƙasa da 0.015, babu gazawa mai haɗari, kuma babu matattun LED. Ana samun waɗannan sakamakon a ƙarƙashin kyakkyawan yanayin zubar da zafi; abokan ciniki ya kamata su yi la'akari da rarraba wutar lantarki, raguwar wutar lantarki, da kula da zafi yayin ƙera da'irori na jeri/parallel.
5. Gwajin Ayyuka da Hanyar Kayan Aiki
A Ta=25°C, ana gudanar da gwaje-gwaje masu zuwa don aikin kayan aiki:
- Halayen Haske da Lantarki na LED:An tabbatar da su ta amfani da yanar gizo mai haɗa haske don tabbatar da daidaitawa da ƙayyadaddun bayanai.
- Ƙarfin Tura da Ja na Haɗi:Mafi ƙanƙanta 7kgf.
- Ƙarfin Tura da Ja na LED:Mafi ƙanƙanta 3kgf.
- Ƙa'idodin ƙarfe na LED:Jurewa a matsayi: canji a X-axis ≤±0.15mm, canji a Y-axis ≤±0.15mm, karkata a kusurwa ≤±3°.
6. Ma'aunin Tattara Kaya
6.1 Zane na Kwantena
Ana tattara modul din a cikin kwali mai dacewa da kayan shimfiɗa. Kwali yana ɗauke da tambarin jigilar kaya da tambarin masana'anta, da kuma umarnin sarrafawa.
6.2 Buga Siliki na Kwali
Ana buga kwali da tambarin masana'anta da alamar kulawa don sarrafawa da kyau.
6.3 Ƙayyadaddun Sigar Lakabi

7. Kariya a Lokacin Sarrafawa
Don tabbatar da aiki mai karko da hana lalacewa, dole ne a kiyaye waɗannan kariya:
- Iyakance Sulfur:Yanayin aiki da kayan da aka haɗa ba dole ne su ƙunshi abubuwan sulfur ko mahadi sama da 100PPM ba.
