1. Bayani
Wannan takarda tana ba da cikakkun bayanai na fasaha da umarnin sarrafa LED Orange mai haskakawa wanda ake haɗawa a saman allon lantarki, a cikin fasali na nauʼin 1206.
1.1 Bayanin Gabaɗaya
Naʼurin wannan LED ne mai fitar da haske mai launin lemu. Tushen hasken ya dogara ne da ƙirƙirar semiconductor mai launin lemu da aka ƙeɗe a cikin ƙaramin fasali na haɗawa a saman. 2.2 Fasalin ɗaukar Kaya Mai Tsawan Ruwa

2.5 Maʼaɗoƙin Yanke Hukunci na Lalacewa

3. Umarnin Sarrafa Gishiri na SMT

- Yanki na Sarrafa Gishiri:Matsakaicin yanayin zafi da jikin LED ya fuskanta bai kamata ya wuce matsakaicin iyakar da aka yarda ba (yawanci 260°C na ƙan lokaci, misali, daƙiƙoƙi 10). Lokacin da ya wuce ruwa (TAL) shima ana sarrafa shi.
- Yanki na Sanyaya:Matsakaicin saurin sanyaya don ƙarfafa haɗin gishiri da rage matsin lamba na zafin jiki.

4. Hatsarori na Sarrafa
4.1 Jagororin Sarrafa da Ajiya
- Kariya daga ESD:Ko da yake an ƙididdige shi don 2000V HBM, sarrafa shi tare da daidaitattun hanyoyin kariya daga ESD (tashoshin aiki na ƙasa, igiyoyin wuyan hannu) don hana lalacewar ƙanƙanta.
- Hankali ga Ƙanɗan Ruwa:Ku bi buƙatun sarrafa MSL 3 da ƙwaƙwalwa. Bayan buɗe jakar hana ruwa, yi amfani da kayan aikin a cikin takamaiman lokacin rayuwa na ƙasa. Idan ya wuce, gasa bisa ga hanyoyin da aka ba da shawarar (misali, 125°C na saʼoƙi 24) kafin sarrafa gishiri.
- Matsin Lamba na Injiniya:Ku guji amfani da ƙarfin injiniya kai tsaye ko girgiza ga ruwan tabarau na LED, saboda zai iya lalata tsarin ciki.
- Tsaftacewa:Idan ana buƙatar tsaftacewa bayan gishiri, yi amfani da abubuwan narkewa masu dacewa waɗanda ba su cutar da ruwan tabarau na epoxy ko alamomin fasali ba. Ku guji tsaftacewa ta ultrasonic, wanda zai iya haifar da ƙaƙe-ƙaƙe.

5. Laʼakari da Ƙira na Aikace-aikace
5.1 Iyakance Ƙarfin Lantarki
LED naʼuri ne da ake tuƙa da ƙarfin lantarki. Koyaushe yi amfani da resistor mai iyakance ƙarfin lantarki a jere ko direba mai ƙarfin lantarki na dindindin.
