- Zafin Jiki na Farko:150-200°C.
- Lokacin Dumama na Farko:Matsakaicin dakika 120 don ba da damar dumama daidai da kunna manna.
- Matsakaicin Zafin Jiki:Matsakaicin 260°C.
- Lokaci Sama da Liquidus (TAL):Bayanin samfurin yana nuna manufar dakika 10 matsakaici a matsakaicin zafin jiki.
- Matsakaicin Zangon Reflow:Sau biyu aka ba da shawarar.
