1. Bayanin Samfur
LTST-E682QETBWT na'urar haske ce mai haɗawa da allon (SMD LED) mai launi biyu a cikin fakitin guda ɗaya. An tsara shi don sarrafa allon da'irar da aka buga (PCB) ta atomatik, wanda ya sa ya dace da masana'antu masu yawa. Kayan ya haɗu da nau'ikan semiconductor guda biyu: AlInGaP don hasken ja da InGaN don hasken shudi, kowannensu ana sarrafa su ta hanyar nau'i-nau'i na anode-cathode daban-daban. 5.2 Tsaftacewa
